Avalanche Events has partnered with Blue Mountain Resort, The Blue Mountain Village Association, and The Toronto Gay Ski & Snowboard Club (TGSC), to produce Avalanche - Ontario Gay Ski Weekend (OGSW)
Avalanche Events has negotiated exclusive rates and packages for participants. However Avalanche Events does not "Sell" anything with regard to the trip, travel, or packages.
Avalanche Events, nor its parent company VLS Productions Inc are NOT travel agencies, and as such cannot sell nor resell any travel related product.
All information on this site regarding Blue Mountain and associated properties, and other third party service and activity providers is purly for informational or illustrative purposes to assist in your own planning of participation in the festival.

Third Party Data Collection
In accordance with the terms of this privacy agreement, and contractual agreements made between Avalanche Events and some thrid party service providers, some of the personal information you provide to these providers while booking your weekend are shared back to Avalanche Events. This information is used for the purpose of coordinating the Avalanche Ontario Gay Ski Weekend Festival.
Blue Mountain Resort - Avalanche Events recieves a list of room bookings including name, contact information and room assignment. This information is used to help expedite the festival check-in proccess. Billing is handled solely by Blue Mountain Resort, or Starwood Hotels and Resorts. At no time is your billing information ever shared with Avalanche Events.
Eventbrite - Avalanche Events uses the thrid party service provider Eventbrite for online ticket sales and management. As organizer we have access to all the personal information you provide with the exception of your billing information. Billing is handled by Eventbrite through their own servers and merchant systems.
Our servers automatically log information about visits to our Web site in the normal course of establishing and maintaining Web connections. Server logs record statistical information, such as visitors' IP addresses, type of operating systems, time and duration of visit, Web pages requested, and identify categories of visitors by items such as domains and browser types. These statistics are reported in aggregate form to us and are used to improve our Web site and ensure that it provides the optimal Web experience for visitors.
We do not link server log information to any other data, in a way that would enable us to identify individual visitors. However, we may review server logs for security purposes, for example, to detect intrusions into our network. Therefore, there is possibility that server log data, which contains visitors' IP addresses, could in instances of criminal malfeasance be used to trace and identify individuals.
